I have heard their interview process is strange... senior people/positions being interviewed by junior people and admins to decision by entire company consensus.  It is good to see some "gray hairs" in building as adult supervision may be needed, however not having experience/connections in the surveillance industry is not going to help them scale faster.

Update: in the past 6 months, Arcules headcount has been flat, according to LinkedIn insights:

This is a bit surprising for a company that at the end of last year was talking so much about hypergrowth.

And now Arcules headcount has started to decline:

It's unlikely that this will continue for long, at least in the short term, since Canon and Milestone are behind this but even this temporarily is notable for a startup that just year could not stop bragging about hypergrowth.

The CTO listed on the Cognize website doesn't appear to be part of that organization anymore (per LinkedIn).
