Hikvision alleges the US government is "targeting" them "simply because we happen to be headquartered in China".
Hikvision provided no evidence for this, refusing to address how its China government control, military R&D research, and extensive Xinjiang projects are what separates it from other companies who simply happen to be headquartered in China and have not been targeted.
