More than 8 months after a 300+ Verkada camera installation was completed, the NJ school has refused to pay for the installation labor, confirming to IPVM that the partner (Reliant IT - previously covered in Man Convicted for $11 Million Fraud) has not submitted the required certified payroll.
Certified payroll is required to prove that contractor employees (i.e., security installers) are paid the legally required prevailing wage.
