Funny that CMS calls them trapper keeper binders. I doubt any kid in school has any idea what a trapper keeper is.
It does raise an interesting question about what the responsibility is for the people that buy such systems. It's quite the backtrack to spend all that money and now decide you need to start banning school supplies to deal with the system's errors.
