...the overall VSaaS market is still extremely small.

Are Nest and other DIY cloud storage plans included as VSaaS?

Also, how do we know how successful some of the non-traditional survelience vendors are in the VSaaS space, like ADT or Time Warner, who are selling into existing customers?

I inserted 'professional' for that phrase - overall professional VSaaS market.

'Small', of course, is subjective, and residential VSaaS is certainly doing better than the professional / business VSaaS market, which has made little progress overall.
