We stopped using Pelco years ago. This must be why I never see DOA cameras! LOL

Arecont notwithstanding, the decline in DOAs shows that camera hardware has become increasingly mature and reliable.

Could it also suggest less people are using Arecont?

Possibly true, but if so I have a West Coast subcontractor that has a high DOTC (Dead on Technician Contact) rate.
