Dahua USA is attempting to rebrand as "Luminys," alleging that at some indefinite point in the future, it intends to manufacture its own products. While Dahua needs the FCC to waive rules for this, or else it could stop being able to sell any Dahua products, it is already celebrating that the "transition has been seamlessly implemented."
