Bosch Acquires Paladin, Expands North American Integration Business
Paladin has quietly become one of the largest security integrators in North America. Now it is being acquired by Bosch, which, combined with its 2015 acquisition of Climatec, makes Bosch a sizeable integrator in the continent.
This does raise questions and concerns about how Bosch, one of the largest security product manufacturers, will work with Paladin and the risk this raises for Bosch's security integrator partners.
