The once dot com startup has evolved to become a core provider for home security and is now expanding into commercial.

In their first entry in IPVM's favorability study, Alarm.com had strong net favorability though with high neutrality, as the chart below shows:

Isn't Alarmnet also relaying the signals?

AlarmNet is owned by Honeywell (Home/Resideo) which is a competitor to Alarm.com

I know, I'm sorry I should have specified. One of the comments was that someone didn't like them because they are relaying the alarm signals to a central station rather than them going directly. But basically isn't every cellular solution doing the same thing?

We use alarm.com and we focus on commercial. Intrusion is not very big for us, so we only have 67 ADC accounts, but they still treat us great.

My only gripe is the video, quantity of clips stored, etc.

I'm not just a spokesperson, I'm also a client. (My home system uses ADC/Qolsys)
