I am working on a presentaiton for an internal meeting and I am trying to find some statistics on how many camera manufactures and camera models number there are in the industry. Does this data existing in any form?

Apr 17, 2017John, when you say manufacturer, do you want to exclude OEMs / relabelers? Because lots, if not most of the 'manufacturers' are relabelers (e.g., see our Dahua OEM and Hikvision OEM directories which has nearly 100 total 'manufacturers').
For example, our Camera Finder has 68 manufacturers and 4,771 models but that does not include everything, especially lots of small manufacturer or relabelers. If you count everything and OEMs/relabellers separately, I would guess you have 200+ manufacturers and 15,000+ models.
