We (Hikvision) offers the DS-2CD6026FHWD-A (aka DarkFighter) which also has a 1/2" sensor and ships with two options for an F1.5 lens. They are not listed in your camera finder. We have a VF lens with an F0.95 rating coming soon which we will offer with this camera.
Axis Large Imager HD Camera (Q1635)

Many surveillance professionals love large imagers.
Axis is feeding into that with its latest release, the Q1635, a 1/2" imager camera that includes the high end features of the Q1615 (see IPVM Q1615 test results) but claims better low light performance.
