ZKTeco "Hiring Male Sales Associate"
ZKTeco is advertising for a "Male Sales Associate", posting the discriminatory job ad at least 10 times in the Middle East, despite local regulations banning such practices.
ZKTeco did not respond to IPVM's requests for comment but, after IPVM inquired, deleted the discriminatory ads. The UAE, where ZKTeco Middle East is located, says discrimination based on sex for "getting a job" is "prohibited."
ZKTeco marketed a "race" detecting camera, similarly deleting the listing and refusing to comment after IPVM inquired last month.
