An internal Vivint training manual — obtained by IPVM recently via court records — directs sales representatives to persuade reluctant customers with "5 independent websites that say Vivint is the best."
However, all of the websites IPVM found that currently rank Vivint disclosed that they accept payments from companies they review, compromising their independence.
