Vivint Rep Fired After Caught on Camera Lying to ADT Customer

For years, companies such as ADT have publicly complained and even sued Vivint over reports of Vivint's salespeople pretending to be from competitors or for misrepresenting ADT's state of business. Now, new court records reveal a Vivint salesperson lied to an ADT customer just 4 months ago, insisting that the customer's ADT security system was actually installed by Vivint.

Ironically, the Vivint salesperson was caught on the ADT customer's doorbell camera. Vivint said they fired their salesperson over the incident.
