Eocortex / Macroscop VMS Company Profile

And just how reliable is it? 

We are selling Eocortex in South Korea.

Our company works with Eocortex just for few months.

And we already implemented several projects in critical infrastructure.

Government customer is very satisfied with the solution based on Eocortex.

Moreover I would like to notice that suspect search function works really fine and our customers find it very useful.

ARAS Security is distributing and supporting Eocortex (New name in Europe for Macroscope) in Belgium for about 8 months now. Longer in the Netherlands.

In my personal expierence as an ex-Milestone trainer I find it easier to setup and explain.

The licencing format is also easier to put in to the market as there is no charge for updating versions.

There also is no hasle with 3th party analytics setup.

We are a distributor selling Eocortex in South Africa and have only good things to say about the performance and reliability of the product.

It is solid VMS with great video analytics worthy of consideration for integrators looking for a clean interface, easy setup and good value for money. 

Visuatech is a distributor in Benelux marked (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxemburg) and we do focus a lot on Eocortex VMS sales with great success so far. We delivered a few 1000 licenses mainly ST (with Suspect search and Tracking) in the last 20 months. The biggest difference with other VMS's is the smart functions and tracking that works on all camera's. Avigilon appearance search is indeed the closest comparable function. Integrators and end-users are very happy with the software what brings us to good growing sales.

As responsible Product Manager CCTV for ARAS Security, I'm happy to say we successfully distribute and support Eocortex in the Netherlands (www.aras.nl) and Belgium (www.aras.be).

Eocortex is versatile in analytics, compatibility and configuration, still easy to setup and intuitive in use. Not only is it a solid VMS, also the organisation behind it is working properly in terms of marketing, sales, (new) development ánd support.

We (www.rts.be) are an integrator implementing Eocortex software in different projects (5 to 600 camera's) and are very happy with the performance and support from Eocortex. 

They are very flexible and supporting in providing a solution in projects where there are specific demands or needs.

Eocortex's Suspect Search was introduced almost a year ahead of Appearance Search and works on any camera with no additional licensing fees using ST or Ultra software editions. The interface is intuitive making it a good option for retrofitment on existing sites where the client can benefit from this effective search tool.

I´m glad to see that IPVM has fixed his eyes on Eocortex VMS.

I’m responsible for sales within the company www.visuatech.be and on every visit the customer is truly impressed by the possibilities that has Eocortex has to offer. Especially the easy way of handling, easy way of searching for images and integration with many different camera’s. Together with our installers we did won several cases from Established values as Milestone and Genetec. Key features that convinced the end-user were the many possibility’s and easy to use software. As a UK integrator we have been evaluating this software recently as an alternative to Avigilon. Whilst it doesn't have all of the Enterprise features of Avigilon, it does share many similarities at a fraction of the cost. Like Avigilon, Eocortex is very easy to set up, simple to use, has great stream management, is truly hardware agnostic with a vast array of video analytics at entry level prices, would highly recommend taking them up on a free trial

At Visuatech I’m responsible for product- and support management.

We’re using Eocortex for over a year now and already have a fairly large amount of projects equipped with Eocortex.

The CPU load is much lower compared to other enterprise VMS platforms, the user interface is very intuitive & easy to use, even installers that are relatively new on the (IP) surveillance market, won’t have any issues installing and configurating Eocortex

In terms of integration with other IP devices is Eocortex quite flexible, they support almost every brand and of course are Onvif & PSIA compliant.

If you do run into a bug or any other issue you can always contact their support department, in most cases they immediately contact you back and provide you a suitable solution or feedback via e-mail, Skype or by phone!

VMS of Eocortex has created a new breakthrough in the knowledge of the end-user and their security surveillance system. Not only is 1 regular observation tool again, the VMS of Eocortex assisted managers, end-users save a lot of time, human resource,. ...

A software is always to reach to end-users not only by making continuous improvements of products but also reduce the extra cost of products to the customers is what I expect in the near future Eocortex will do.

We just signed distribution agreement with Eocortex in Italy, after extensive tests by our tech staff. Very simple installation, clean and fast client, a reasonable price, many in-house analytics plugins and no annual fees for mainteinance and support are the strenghts of this VMS compared with others.

Definitely, a good alternative to well-known VMSes where money and flexibility are a major concern.

I wonder if it's still positive after few months ?
