ISC West Removes Sanctioned PRC China Company Supplying Russia's Military
Less than a month after a PRC thermal manufacturer exhibited at ISC West, those who do business with them can now face criminal prosecution. The US government sanctioned them and 295 others over supplying "critical inputs to Russia’s military-industrial base."
SIA and ISC West have a history of welcoming sanctioned companies that pose legal or ethical risks to attendees. Last month, criminally indicted and NDAA-banned Hytera was to exhibit, and did not attend only because a court-ordered global sales ban coincided with the show. For multiple years, after being sanctioned, ISC West hosted Dahua and Hikvision, which only stopped after IPVM filed ethics complaints against the companies.
