While Evolv deceives the public with its marketing and hides performance limitations, a new disclosure of public records obtained by IPVM shows Evolv presses school officials to "get ahead" of "misinformation" and critics.
The public records also show Evolv promoted a false claim of maintaining "a weapon-free campus" and recommended the use of conveyor belts during student screening, contrasting with claims of a "seamless" screening experience.
Evolv declined IPVM's request for comment on this investigation.
