Wasn't Digifort inside the Axis partner booth section at ISC?  I vaguely remember some smaller VMS developer in the space next to Salient.

Hi. Eric from Digifort here

During this ISC West we were present in Uniview, Epcom/Syscom and Opgal partner booths along with a suite where we were showing the products by schedule.

We usually partner with Axis for some other shows, but not ISC West

Went to YouTube to look for some demos and saw Synopsis. This appears to be Breifcam. Is that included in the license? Can anyone explain it further?

Hi, yes that is Briefcam module that is offered with tight integration to our VMS. This is a separated module and will have the same pricing as market price for Briefcam

What is the different between the Briefcam module that is tightly integrated with your VM and the separated module? Does the separate module have any benefits?

John, maybe I expressed myself wrong. It is a separated module because it is sold separated, it is not included in the camera licenses, it is an extra module as Analytics, LPR, but it is integrated in the solution

Whenever you purchase Video Synopsis module you have it integrated with the VMS, that means you will have Briefcam client running inside our interface, which allows direct download and processing from Digifort client without the requirement of opening a secondary software. 

Most big VMSes like Milestone have the same type of integration, but there are many VMSes that does not offer Briefcam integration, which means if you buy the a stand alone module from Briefcam you would have to export the video from the VMS and import it into Briefcam for processing.
