Dahua simply turned into a very shit place to work which would explain the drop in staff. 

Here is a big warning for anyone considering working for Dahua, DONT DO IT. They will suck the goodness out of you then discard you. I had the opportunity to see this happen to a huge number of people during my time there no matter if the unfortunate employees were Chinese or not.

When I first took a real position at my company I knew the phonetics of "Dah-Wah" but when I saw the logo I had to ask who ajhua is... took me a while too!

still screwing it up, because English doesn’t have a consonant blend for “hw”, therefore “Hwah” itself has 2 syllables...

Dahua hired a lot of veterans of the industry but would not take any suggestions of what was needed to succeed. They were told to hire an American to run the USA but continued to bring in clueless Chinese who did not speak English and hated Americans

When over 20 people resign due to the way they ran things, that should say something about dahua. Stay away and do not get sucked in by the money they are throwing at candidates to try to hire them. Your reputation will be tarnished and you will be looking for another job

It is my experience that the Chinese NEVER take western advice, even when asking westerners for advice on how to improve sales in western nations.
