This a great tool ! We been using it for the past couple of years and it has enhanced our maintenance program tremendously. Our clients love the service we are providing since we are proactively fixing issues that come up either remotely or onsite.

How does the system lay out?

If I have 50 sites with Dahua NVRs, and 10 sites with Windows servers running Spectrum/Milestone, what do I need? I assume the Windows servers can run run the connector, and for the Dahua NVRs I would need some type of PC to run the connector if I didn't want to open the ports.

Then am I just running the software on a workstation at our office? Is the server that is controlling all the checks cloud based? Is our office just running the software for the dashboard?

If you don’t want to have open ports, you would have run a client software on a pc/server at each location that you have NVRs or Windows Server, unless is all on a VPN then you can run one server/client for all of them. BTW Dahua and Milestone are both supported by this software.

Thanks. I figured that was the case. Not a big deal.

I am trying to figure out exactly what is involved in getting this set up.

Where do the systems send data back to? A Cloud server? Or do I need to configure each client site to send data back to my office and configure a server there?

I have the trial and am trying to find the connector but can not find the file anywhere. I have the instruction manual on installing the connector but nowhere does it say where to download it from.
