He is doomed from the start! Innovation doesn’t happen with better phone support and RMA process improvements. The Arecont brand is dead. A full intervention is required.

I guess this depends on if he came from Dave’s PELCO or Schneider’s PELCO. Dave’s survived and thrived with service and marketing. Schneider’s survived and shrunk on just size. It’s Christmas, a miracle could happen.

Good for Raul, he can do better. Will be interesting to see where he lands.

With all the amazing innovation from Pelco in the last 10 years Arecont should be #1 in a year with their new leader. Wait a minute it's not 1995 is it?

Bad product and bad management for years. Raul was part of the problem. He should have been sent packing years ago along with the rest of the management team who failed to fix the problems of this company, but Raul is like a politician he says the things that people want to hear but his words are hollow I am sure he will talk himself into another job, guys like him are like cockroaches they can survive most anything I will give him props for that. I am shocked that this company has held on for this long......

I think Shane takes the money. Shane has the experience, so why not put him in place.
He led 120 engineers(cackles). Let's watch his performance and innovation, as time goes by we will see.
