Interesting idea to do under the tongue testing, but there are a few issues I can see. Namely, if food or drink had been consumed, or if they are wearing masks they may not feel comfortable taking them off.

Also, the graph values are almost unreadable. Are you able to remove the blur, or change the colour so it is more legible.

Yeah, I definitely think this doesn't meet the recommendations of WCAG 2.0

I think the shadow can be removed by setting plotOptions.bar.dataLabels.shadow to false.

Alternatively, the color of the text could be set to black, but that looks ugly in my opinion. If you stick with white text, the bar color may still need to be darkened a little.
