Axis Stops Selling to Hong Kong Police Citing Human Rights Abuses
In the latest example of PRC/Western decoupling, Axis told IPVM it stopped selling to Hong Kong police due to human rights abuses after IPVM noticed the force's latest anti-riot vehicles deployed advanced Axis cameras.
IPVM has previously examined Axis' China rise and fall, including its 2010 defense of deploying cameras on Tiananmen Square and updating that it would likely "make different decisions today".
