ADT Settles Alleged Age Discrimination Lawsuit

Now, ADT has settled this matter.

An ex-employee is suing ADT for age discrimination, alleging ADT started a "campaign" in 2016 to get rid of older employees and ultimately fired him for voicing his concerns to management. ADT responded, denying "each and every allegation and cause of action."
