If An End User Hires A Licensed Contractor, Is It Ok For A Distributor To Sell To An End User?

Agree or Disagree...

 

If a licensed contractor gets hired-on full time by his biggest customer but continues to use his previous channels to get discounted materials and hardware for his employer (former customer), it's ok for distributors to sell to the "end user".

Doesn't the business own the licenses in most cases?

In this specific scenario, the individual owns the license. And maintains it, does CE etc, and it is in his employment contract to maintain the license.

The account with the distributor is to the integrators previous company. Many disty will do a cash sale of a few items, but ultimately the contractor should create a new account.
