My $.02 - Seems to me WDR seems to be a non-factor moving forward in 2019 when choosing camera. This feature seems to be pretty common in camera >$200. This seems like standard for typical cameras, specialty cam (fish, pinhole...) excluded.

Specs: There is no dB rating on advert for U.S or Chinese sales. Downloaded manual which lists only two modes of 50HZ and 60HZ with no further clarification. Despite high price tag, no confidence that this is true WDR per the failure to extrapolate on the feature in the manual and the low HZ.
This is a camera with true WDR.
“Our WDR technology solves this by applying multiple exposure levels, contrast enhancement, and advanced algorithms that lower noise and increase the image signal”
2)
I’m saying this has true WDR capability because it performs close to 100db (and the cheat sheet says all bosch cameras support true WDR).

This camera doesn't state its WDR rating is. It simply states that it has WDR- forensic capture. Which is combining dual-exposure and local contrast enhancement methods (https://www.axis.com/en-us/learning/web-articles/wide-dynamic-range/forensic-capture). To me this sounds like a combination of true and digital WDR.

They list WDR as >52dB & they do mention that it's DWDR. I've actually tested this camera against other cameras and DWDR compared to true WDR is quite noticeable -
Uniview camera - DWDR
OnCam camera - true WDR
Sony - SNC-EM630
https://pro.sony/ue_US/products/minidome-cameras/snc-em630
This is an odd one - it says Dynamic Range, Equivalent to 90 dB with View-DR technology. Sony claims that View-DR is "designed to surpass conventional wide dynamic range (WDR) systems" but the spec mentions its "Equivalent to 90 dB" which would spec it below True WDR. I'd be really interested in seeing the test results on this camera and Sony's claims about it being superior to WDR.
