Update: now long term President and public face john Frazzini has left BRS Labs. His replacement is Steve Sulgrove, who most recently was a national account manager at a mid-size IT company.
Months After Raising $18 Million, BRS Labs Has a New, New CEO
They have raised more money than any video analytics company ever, with well over $100 million total, including their most recent $18 million funding.
Just 7 months ago, the founder stepped aside for a new CEO. Now, the new CEO is gone and there is a new, new CEO.

Wasn't Frazzini the former G-man whose presence they tried to use to lure the govt surveillance contracts? Now that their focus has shifted, his rolodex is not in as high a demand I imagine.
I'm curious - are they still pitching their wares as 'behavioral analytics'? I mean since their focus has shifted away from human monitoring towards process monitoring and what not (SCADA, etc).
Frazzini lists 5 years as a Special Agent in the Secret Service.
I do not know why he left. He was the one who 'announced' going public last year.
According to their website, they are pitching SCADA, video and 'coming soon' InfoSec. Last week, a partnership between BRS and AIMS Global's ZynQ 360 high-definition spherical photo and video technology was announced.
I've had a few people reach out to me for jobs, saying they were recently let go from BRS due to the change in direction. Apparently BRS is not focusing on security anymore. (these are not confirmed claims, but it's what I'm hearing.)
Good feedback.
Btw, one of their security sales people just rejoined - Hobby Wright.
