Welcome Sean Patton To IPVM!

Join me in welcoming Sean Patton to IPVM. Sean will be the product manager for the IPVM Camera Calculator as well as increasing our VMS coverage / reporting.

Sean was a security integrator for more than a decade so he brings a wealth of hands-on experience on the issues and challenges that our members face.

Expect to see more improvement and help for the Camera Calculator (e.g., the User Manual just published) as well as more in-depth coverage and comparisons of VMSes. These are two areas that IPVM did not do enough in historically so I am excited about the improvements Sean can make here.

Is it company or personal policy prevents you from disclosing that your congratulating someone's employment at IPVM? Or is it just my employment?

Congratulations Sean.    This will widen your area of expertise on all the VMSs you will have to touch.  

Pay us a visit when you get settled in....right down the road...but a different location from when you were here last time.

Thanks for the welcome everyone! I've been enjoying contributing when I could over the last 7 or 8 years going back to the LinkedIn discussion days, and I am really proud to be a part of the team. As John said, anything Calculator related please reach out to me, we will also be scheduling a new Calculator Webinar soon, I hope everyone can join.

I think I have read most of your posts on the Genetec forum. You know your stuff!! I am looking forward to asking a lot of genetec questions... LOL!
