Verint's Q2 2010 financial results disclose their Video Intelligence division (i.e., video surveillance) results -- a 9% revenue decline compared to Q1 2009.

Q2 2009 Video Intelligence revenue was approximately $41 Million USD while Q2 2010 corresponding revenue was approximately $37 Million. Verint cites the cause as "due to the product delivery of an order from a major customer in the three months ended July 31, 2009 partially offset by an increase in revenue from other customers."

In Verint's previous statement (Q1 2010), Verint cited the impact of the same 'major customer' with an even more severe 24% drop in revenue year over year.

From the information publicly disclosed, it is difficult to determine a trend. If that 'major customer' did not impact their Q3 2009 results, we are likely to gain greater clarity in the next disclosure in 3 months.
