Business Case for Mobile Video Recorders

In response to our LinkedIn discussion on mobile digital video recorders [link no longer available], March Networks has posted a business case/ financial analysis of mobile video recorders [link no longer available], including the total costs of ownership (servicing, using systems, etc.).
We think it's useful as a starting point for examining cost drivers. However, since this is a vendor produced document, caution is recommended in accepting their assumptions for the business case.
