Format / Structure
IPVM will start each session with a concise explanation of a topic's core issues and then open the floor to a moderated Q/A and debate amongst attendees and IPVM.
The goal of the IPVM conference is for attendees to interact with each other and IPVM, gaining a deeper understanding of strategic challenges and how it impacts their organizations.

Newark NJ
The conference will be held in Newark NJ, minutes from the Newark International Airport and within easy driving distance to tens of millions in the US mid-Atlantic. It will be at the recently renovated DoubleTree Hilton Newark Airport.
Hotel Rate
The group code to receive the discounted rate is IPG (valid through 9/27). It is important that the guests either provide the group code or the name of the event in order for them to receive the $149 room rate.
100 Total Registrants
We are limiting the event to 100 registrants, despite having 15,000+ members as it is our first event and because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Proof of COVID Vaccination
All attendees will need to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination prior to or on-site in October.
On-Site Rapid COVID-19 Testing
Both mornings, prior to the start of the day's sessions, IPVM will conduct on-site rapid COVID-19 tests to ensure that no attendees in the conference room have tested positive for COVID-19.
Masks Optional
Wearing masks is not required.
2 Per Company Max
We are asking each company to only register 2 people max.
2022 Conference
While this show will be limited to 100 registrants, we are planning a much larger 2022 Conference that will consist of (1) strategic debates plus (2) technology analysis and (3) company presentations. This will be announced in early 2022.
No Sponsors
Of course, like IPVM itself, these conferences will have no sponsors nor advertisers, etc.
