Just wondering if anyone has experienced issues with the mobile server in XProtect 2021 showing black images after a period of time (usually weeks)?
I had this problem after upgrading my test system, and worked extensively with Milestone support. It's a non-standard test system with a separate mobile server on a non-domain network...and the recording server operates on a non-standard port, etc. So, I attributed it to some combination of those factors. Milestone support attributed it to network instability, but I was not able to confirm this. Eventually I dropped it due to lack of time.
