Tips For Better Cabling In New Aluminum Store Fronts And Jams?

So, We have had a few new construction education projects that we have had a bunch of difficulty on. We are usually subbed under an electrician. We get our cabling to the door area in a rough in phase. The store fronts usually don't get installed until later in the project, and the glass guys usually give about 30 min notice for when they are onsite. Lots of these projects are across the state, and we cant get there short notice. This usually means we are walking an electrician or glass guy through what wires need to go to what areas, and then half of them are shorted as then are pinched somewhere, or in the wrong place when we go to wire in components.

How do other integrators manage this?
