Windows 7 Updates Crashing VMS Servers

We have gotten reports that Windows 7 updates are causing VMS servers to fail to boot this week. We know of multiple users who have had issues with Digital Watchdog NVRs in the past few days, and Exacq is currently flashing this notice at their top of their site:
