Comparing Price Of Low-Security HID 125 Khz To HID 13.56 Mhz

Contrary to HID's (and others') assertions that HID deliberately prices 125 kHz more expensive than 13.56 MHz to encourage using higher security formats/discourage the use of insecure 125 kHz products, we typically find this to not be the case.

To that end, I can confirm unequivocally that for the same "type" of card from HID (i.e. PVC for all technologies), the "list price" from HID for a standard Prox card is higher than the cost of an iClass SE card which is higher than the cost of a SEOS card. Said another way, SEOS is the lowest-priced and Prox is the highest-priced.
