Why Axis Should Build A USA Factory

Axis product shortages have become, regretfully for them, commonplace. It is now only the past year (e.g., I Am Seriously Considering Abandoning Axis - Because They Are Killing Our Business) but it has been happening for years (e.g., 2017 - Axis Product Shortage Confirmed / Normalize This Fall and 2018 - Axis 'Sold Out' Faces Shortage Again).

The most notable different strategy that Axis has for making products is that they use a series of contract manufacturing facilities around the world - from Asia (Thailand) to Mexico to Europe (e.g. Poland). Pretty much everyone else only manufactures in one or 2 places at most and those are their one facilities, not third parties.
