Who would of guessed it. The “big-guy”, ADT, is looking at millions of their RMR customer cancellations. Verkada, or SimpliSafe, or….., could be that next-gen “big-guy” to pick up the pieces of the broken business models. They have the infrastructure, but do they have the appropriate business models to deliver and survive 50 years of RMR leadership, or more?
