We have had a multitude of customers contacting us recently having issues logging into their systems via cloud accounts on both DW spectrum and Wisenet Wave. It’s odd behavior. Sometimes password errors on known correct password. Sometimes just says cannot connect to server and after many tries it might work. Sometimes it says cannot connect to cloud or wave sync. Sometimes can get it going eventually if I have them log out and log in.
