Where Is I-Pro?

I barely see anything about i-PRO, Video Insight (their VMS), and Monitor Cast (their ACS) on IPVM, especially in the surveys and discussion. Is that because Panasonic didn't sell through the integrator channel, and most IPVM participants are integrators? Or are integrators actively disregarding i-PRO - and if so, why?

The main alternative we're considering is Hanwha. Looking for something with tightly integrated access control and VMS that is cost efficient and without recurring fees. Needs to survive in harsh outdoor environments for 7+ years. Open to recommendations!
