What Project Management Tool(Software) Do Security Integrators Use And Or Recommend?

We are past the point needing A easy to use project management tool that can work with customer communications, calendars, field, photos, progress of project, timeline, and to do lists with assignments… Was hoping to get some insight from our community.

This would be a tool for our management team, service, technicians, and installation folks to use. The goal would be to help us organize our projects better have a better pulse on scheduling and time it takes to do a project (tracking) along with improving our overall customer service and support processes. Any feedback would be amazing.
