What percentage of security cameras are manufactured in China?

Roughly speaking, 90% or more.

China is, by far, the largest video surveillance market. It's hard to know it exactly but I think these IHS numbers are directionally accurate:

And the average sales price per camera is lower in China than in the USA or Japan or EU, etc. That means, on a unit basis, something like ~75% of all surveillance cameras are sold and used in China.

Essentially all of those units (sold in China) are made in China due to various barriers include high tariffs for foreign video surveillance.

Of course, add the low-end market which is primarily Hikua branded and Hikua OEMs and that gets you to ~90%.

The most notable exceptions of not made in China are (in alphabetical order) Avigilon, Axis and Hanwha. Those 3 combine for ~$2 billion in revenue. There's various other smaller players in Taiwan, Korea and other parts of the world. Hope that helps. Again, just roughly speaking.
