What Items You Typically Recommend For A Small Build 30 Cameras In Retail Locations

Hi im working on a new build across a few of our smaller locations 30 cameras each Retail location. The retail locations is either rented in a building or we have part of a building. We do have our own Telecom room for security equipment.

I was curious for these types of builds what items should we include. The integrator were working with recommended this and said should be good enough.
