What Cloud/Vsaas Provider Offers The Most Flexible Integration Capabilities For Cloud Prop Mgmnt?

Does anyone have any experience or comments about which Cloud video provider offers a flexible and readily available API or integration kit to fold video into a property management platform used to handle reservations, manage HVAC and wireless door locks, etc.?

Needs to support many possible Onvif cameras (can't be a proprietary camera solution) and can be a hybrid approach with local recording. Many of the cameras may need to be wireless because of the difficulty in running new network cabling to various outdoor cameras.
