What are some typical disaster recovery SLA requirements in terms of RPO (Recovery Point Objectives) & RTO (Recovery Time Objectives) for a Cloud VSaaS application? They would obviously be different for mission critical, business critical, & non-critical applications, but wondering if there are guidelines or customer expectations on this.
