What Are The Best Portable Work Lights?

An installer recently asked 'What are the best portable work lights?'  He was asking about lights like these, typically used for interior install work in dark rooms:

In the past, people have mentioned a cordless tool system like Milwaukee's M18 Fuel as being a strong contender for tools like these, but these cost ~$200 for each stand!

In contrast, the 'Harbor Freight specials' run ~$35 for a dual lamp stand. But they require 120 VAC power to work and finding outlets or running cords onsite may be a problem.

However, what do you use or prefer?

I'm not in the field anymore but the Milwaukee lights are really good I have been told. If you are a Milwaukee house then these make perfect sense. Of course then the issue is if they get stolen you are out some money. I am not a big fan of the Harbor Freight stuff but for a light might be OK. I remember helping out my brother and his boss one time to help them run a cable for something. I left my tool pouch in the car and when they opened up their trunk, yes trunk slammer, I quickly went back to my car and grabbed my pouch. Sad thing is I know my tool pouch was worth more than all the HF tools they had. Costco gets some cool tools in on occasion and they have had some decent LED construction lights. The problem with the new LED lights is no more portable heater in the winter.

I just bought one of these rechargeable lights at Lowes, but looks like they don't sell them online... was only $20. Might be able to find one in stores still. It's bright enough to light up my back yard really well.
