VMS Recommendations: ~400 US Store Locations, ~7,000 IP Cameras

Looking for VMS suggestions. We have a legacy VMS at around 400 US locations that we will soon be looking to replace. The average system size is around 12 IP cameras, some 6-8, a few with 50 cameras at larger facilities.

We will be seeking a system that is compatible with windows 11 and potentially installing it on our own hardware. We will keep footage on location on hard drives, with a retainment goal of 30+ days of 24/7 recordings.
