Video Analytics To Photoluminescence Objects - No Lights Available

Hi There! I am new to IPVM and don't know if this subject matters here. If don't, my apologies.

I am working on a video analytics solution to detect dam breaks. To do so, we installed several boards covered with Photoluminescence material so it will be seen by our cameras at night. Our vendor told the material is a "30 hour Photoluminescence material". But in practice, it is very well seen during the first period of night but around 3am it starts to darken and fail to be detect by our video analytics.

Do you guys have work with this kind of material for video solutions or know anybody that has the knowledge if is there any material that we could use that lasts until the sunrise next day? It is because the dams doesn't have any lights.
