Want A Solution For Ferry Riders To Check The Line Before Driving Down To It - What Do You Recommend?

I live on a small island that requires a ferry to get on and off. Looking for a product that we can let people know what the lineup looks like prior to driving down to it. I know there are a few products that while not specifically for this use might work, I'm just not familiar with smaller implementations like this, with limited budgets. Here is what I'd want to have:
