Video Monitoring Services (Real Time) With Talkdown .. Anyone Have Any Suggestions?

Have a fairly large opportunity for access control/video surveillance/gate controls that includes a requirement for the video side to be monitored by a third party service during off-hours ... mainly for keeping people out of swimming pool and amenity center areas after-hours as well as monitoring vehicle gate entry points for vehicles not able to get into gates, etc.

Wondering if anyone has suggestions for the video monitoring part .. the customer has existing IP cameras (mixture of Avigilon and others) and NVR's. It would be great to be able to keep at least the cameras if possible.
