Verkada Approaching End Users In The UK

I liked the idea of Verkada and had a test camera on my house..fisheye one...I mentioned to the UK distributor my possible end user....what do I find??? Well they went straight to my customer offering a trial camera bypassing me the installer...I hear of another UK installer whos had the same issue of Verkada approaching thier end user....pretty desperate behaviour.

The fisheye I had was ok picking up cars and people events but playback slow as treacle and the video quality so poor that I could not recognise my girlfriend at 5 mtrs from the camera....maybe they have something better now but regarding the company ethos and product experience thus far for me I think they stink to high heaven
